Please review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") regarding your use of the website https://xrpmaxiclub.com ("XRP MAXI CLUB") and its associated services ("Services"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you ("User") and XRP MAXI Labs ("XRP Maxi Club," "we," "us").

Eligibility and Representation: You affirm that you are of legal age to engage in a binding agreement, have not been prohibited from using our Services, and have the authority to enter into these Terms without breaching any other agreement.

For entities using our Services, you warrant that the entity is legally established, and you are authorized to represent it.

Informational Purpose Only: The information provided in this documentation is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult with professional advisors for advice specific to your situation.

Services Provided: XRP MAXI CLUB offers a non-custodial digital wallet integrated within Telegram, enabling users to interact with the XRP Ledger. Features include:

  • Wallet Services: Generate wallet addresses and associated private keys to send and receive various digital assets on the XRP Ledger. As a non-custodial service, you have complete control over and responsibility for your digital assets and private keys, authorizing transactions from your wallet address autonomously.

  • Launchpad Services: Access to third-party decentralized applications ("DApps") and protocols through the integrated platform. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for your engagement with or use of DApps.

  • Token Mining: On-chain mining of MAXI tokens directly from the wallet.

No Endorsement or Liability: We provide the Wallet as a public service and disclaim liability for any damages resulting from its use. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any third-party content that may be accessed through the Wallet. We assume no liability for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access or breaches.

Risk Acknowledgement: Users assume all risks related to website use, including user errors, technical malfunctions, and third-party actions or inactions.

Investment Risks: Cryptocurrency investments are high-risk and volatile. We do not assure against investment losses.

Tax Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for determining applicable taxes for their transactions.

No Warranties: The Services is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Security: While we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your wallet data and security audits are performed, no system is completely immune to security risks. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and private keys. Use our services at your own risk, and always follow best practices for security.

Limitation of Liability: XRP Maxi Club provides the following limitations to liability concerning the use of its website and services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to these restrictions:

  1. Type of Damages: We disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Liability Cap: XRP Maxi Club's liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for our services, if any, or a maximum dollar amount as defined by 'us', whichever is lesser.
  3. Exclusions: We will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the interruption of business, procurement of substitute goods or services, or any other similar damages.
  4. Fundamental Basis: This limitation of liability is a critical basis of the agreement between you and 'us' and has been factored into the pricing or availability of the services provided.
  5. Lawful Exceptions: This limitation does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including but not limited to liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or fraud.
  6. User Understanding: You confirm that you have read, understood, and taken into account these limitations when deciding to use the website.

Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, except for intellectual property disputes. No class arbitrations are permitted.

Amendments: We may update these Terms without notice. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.

Third-Party Interactions: We are not responsible for any interactions with third-party content or services, which are at your own risk.

Intellectual Property: The Services's content is protected by intellectual property laws. Use of our trademarks requires our written permission. Users may link to the Services provided it does not misrepresent our Services.

Restricted Activities​

Users must agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Utilizing unauthorized third-party tools, bots, or scripts to cheat or exploit mining mechanics.
  • Attempting to access, scrape, or extract data from any part of the Platform through unauthorized methods.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other form of harmful code.
  • Impersonating other users, XRP Maxi Labs staff, or any other individuals or organizations.
  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, or intimidation towards other users or XRP Maxi Labs staff.
  • Posting or sharing content that is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.
  • Manipulating or falsifying data, leaderboards, or Virtual Rewards.
  • Selling, buying, or trading accounts or Virtual Rewards outside the Platform.
  • Using the Platform for illegal activities or to facilitate such actions.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of XRP Maxi Labs or any third party.
  • Disrupting, interfering with, or disabling any Platform features.
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or evade penalties.
